unlike ruth's snatch a nut and fly away bird, mine decided to take the sun this afternoon on the gallery under the bird feeder where he had just gobbled up all the seeds that the other birds had pushed out.
Look how fluffed up he looks,can't you tell it's getting colder,he looks quite content just sitting there !! The Nuthatches like the woodpecker fats too,they are one of my favourite garden birdies !!
